Return Policy:

Ash's Party Accents does not accept returns on custom and personalized items. Please make sure before placing you order that all spelling and wording is correct. Proofs for custom items such as our wedding suites will be sent prior to production. Please email us for questions about returns. We will always try to accommodate our customers in the best way we can!

Shipping Policy:

All pre made designs will ship within 2-5 business days. Pre made orders are items already designed on our site and we add your personalization on it!

All custom designs will ship within 1-2 weeks depending on quantity. If you are looking for an order of something greater then 100 pieces- it is always better to email us to check the status of shipping!

Any other items with longer shipping will state in the individual listing!
